Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall security of all properties of the organization.
∎ Monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the organization.
∎ Ensure safety of the organization's properties, assets and staff.
∎ Prepare duty roster & maintain proper discipline of the security guards.
∎ Check & verify all the incoming and outgoing goods with delivery challan and gate pass.
∎ Maintain and keep updating different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc).
∎ Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
∎ Individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard.
∎ Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records.
∎ Conduct regular 'Fall In' and training on security related activities for security guards.
∎ Ensure the safety, security & Fire related equipment's.
∎ Capable to monitor and control the organizations Security Team and the security operations.
∎ Maintain liaison with Local law enforcing agencies and Govt. intelligence law agencies.
∎ Ensure security of materials in the organization's sites by regular visit/checking procedure.
∎ Record daily observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
∎ Develop/update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the organization.
∎ Time to time report to the senior management about any issues.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above. Ready to do any other assignment assigned by the organization management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 year experience in any reputed hospital or similar organization or retired defense person (Corporal/ Sergeant/ Warrant Officer) will be given preference.
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational, positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated, detail-oriented and teamwork skills.
∎ Knowledge & experience in Concern Section.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Avail to read & write English fluently.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
