BMDC Valid Certification.

Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive medical care by assessing, diagnosing, treating, and monitoring patients under the supervision of senior consultants while ensuring quality clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings.

• Perform history taking, physical examinations, and formulate management plans.

• Prescribe medications and appropriate investigations.

• Stabilize emergency patients and initiate life-saving treatment.

• Assist consultants during ward rounds, procedures, and operations when required.

• Monitor admitted patients and update treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and discharge summaries.

• Educate patients regarding disease prevention, medications, and follow-up.

• Participate in infection prevention and quality assurance activities.

• Refer patients to specialists when indicated.

• Participate in on-call duties and emergency coverage.

• Maintain professional standards and comply with hospital policies.
