Educational Requirements:
∎ Hon's/ BA/ B.Com.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security.
∎ Ensuring security of the industry and industry and its property.
∎ Patrolling and roistering duties of the security personnel as per requirements.
∎ Providing firefighting and other relevant training to the security personnel and related Executives and Staffs
∎ Maintaining incoming and out-going register of Executives, Staffs, parcels, products, and related materials.
∎ Monitoring security guard deployed for duty in different posts.
∎ Conducting meeting with security service providers and owners associations of the buildings in various spaces/location of the Company.
∎ Monitoring the CCTV camera systems.
∎ To develop/ update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
∎ Preventing and defecting offense on site.
∎ To respond to all emergencies promptly when arises.
∎ To check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.
∎ To attend the important guests and ensure their protocol.
∎ To lead, appraise and train the security personnel.
∎ To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management from time to time.
∎ Regular engagement in Shipment procedure maintaining CTPAT standard.
∎ To maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety.
∎ Using intelligence also have to provide early warning about any risk factors of the industries
∎ Keep update factory Management informed regarding the latest security-related matters and advice as demand necessary.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 years' experience in the field of security supervising position in any reputed organisation.

Salary: Negotiable
