Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop, implement and oversee the security system and overall security Management of all Security Personnel of the company.
∎ Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
∎ Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
∎ Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
∎ Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the company
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard and Security In charge at different projects and offices.
∎ Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
∎ Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments.
∎ Supervise subordinate security professionals, performing activities such as hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, or disciplining.
∎ Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
∎ Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely.
∎ Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
∎ Preventing and detecting offences on sites.
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter reserved company areas.
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Preferred Retired Army Officer Major or Above.
