Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in CSE/EEE/ETE or relevant areas from a reputed educational institution.
∎ Having certification on ISO 27001, SOCII would be preferred.
∎ Certification on Cloud platforms like G-Suite, Office365, Azure platforms would be preferred.
∎ Project Management Certification would be preferred
∎ Skills Required: Cloud Security, Cyber Security, Risk Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Compliance, IT Project Management, Project Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company, BPO/ Data Entry Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Security Compliance: Knowledge of SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards, regulations, and frameworks, and the ability to ensure the organization's security controls, processes, and policies comply with these standards.
∎ Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the organization's information assets, and implement risk management processes and procedures.
∎ Security Architecture: Understanding of security architecture principles and the ability to design and implement secure systems and networks that utilize Google G-Suite, Office 365, Active Directory and Azure.
∎ Incident Response: Knowledge of incident response processes and the ability to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents promptly.
∎ Cloud Security: Knowledge of cloud security best practices and the ability to secure cloud-based services, such as Google G-Suite and Office 365, and cloud infrastructure like Azure, against various cyber threats.
∎ Identity and Access Management: Knowledge of identity and access management principles and the ability to manage user accounts, authentication, authorization, and access controls across multiple platforms like Active Directory and Azure.
∎ Threat Intelligence: Ability to collect and analyze threat intelligence data to identify and respond to potential cyber threats.
∎ Security Awareness and Training: Ability to develop and deliver security awareness and training programs for employees to educate them about cybersecurity risks and best practices.
∎ Security Tool Management: Experience in managing various security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus, and encryption tools, across multiple platforms.
∎ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and other team members.
∎ Project Management: Ability to manage security projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ IT Project Management experience for at least 1 year.
∎ IT Project Implementation experience for at least 2 projects.
∎ Capability to work in anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to work at Night shift including 24/7 roster-based (8 Hrs.) duty.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline for assigned tasks and projects.
