Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Educational Qualification & Experience: Graduation / Post Graduation. Academic qualification may be relaxed in case of highly experienced candidates, particularly in the area of Security Management. Should have sound knowledge security management system & C-TPAT & others international slandered of security system.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will be responsible for providing and ensuring overall security issues of the factory.
∎ You have to Plane, develop and implementation of security plans, security programs which include Physical Security, Incident Management and / or Investigation.
∎ Own and manage all aspect of the access control systems - CCTV, card reader programs, Digital video recording systems and attendance system.
∎ Provide leadership, advice and counsel to all security staff in achieving current and long range strategic program objectives.
∎ Identify exposures to recommend and develop corrective plans as appropriate.
∎ Develop and implement security related programs which may include developing a training program for all security personnel.
∎ Responsible to perform risk analysis, particularly with respect to level of crime, terrorism, work place violence, threats from natural and manmade disasters.
∎ Conduct local investigation of alleged theft, fraud or other illegal or improper acts within the facility and its grounds.
∎ Develop and implement security related programs which may include developing a training program for all security personnel for every business unit.
∎ Monitor HSSE (Health, Safety, and Security & Environment) performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure that appropriate corrective or preventive actions are taken including follow-up reviews.
∎ Complete any others task that assign your superior time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable retired officer (Army/ Air force/ Navy) not less than Sargent.
