Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree (Qualification may be relaxed in case of competent persons retired from Defense Service)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
∎ Plan, organize and supervise all security activities.
∎ Plan and establish a functional on the job training program for security personnel
∎ Performs a continuous process of intelligence gathering on any security matters for assessment and action if necessary.
∎ Respond to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
∎ Monitor video surveillance and maintain record.
∎ Report to Compliance head for each and every incident/suspicious activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ideally a candidate should be self motivated, creative and hard working with team spirit
∎ He should be a non-smoker
∎ Candidate should preferably have a valid driving license for motorcycle/ car
