Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), HSC in Arts
∎ Skills Required: Calm, Commanding, Observation and recommendations capability with risk assesment, Quick respondant, Safety and Security Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Security, Guard, Security Guard, Security Officer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the efficient and effective management of all aspects of the security section of KNPBL Factory Premise.
∎ Should be capable to handle a large number of security forces of the factory.
∎ Overall responsibility for all the security staffs activities.
∎ To manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and those priorities are always covered adequately.
∎ All physical security to all the section of the factory
∎ Develop and maintain Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties.
∎ Observe each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.
∎ Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records. Look after the CC TV camera for factory.
∎ Overseeing the duty of the guards at the security post and providing basic training. Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and Departments responsibility in an emergency
∎ Any other task assigned time to time by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Retired Army/ Navy/ Air force person shall have an added advantage.
