Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and patrol the premises of the power plant to prevent unauthorized access & unexpected occurrence.
∎ Ensure regular security checks on individuals, vehicles, and materials entering and leaving the power plant premises.
∎ Ensure the security of men, machine and other resources of the power plant project.
∎ Oversee the installation and maintenance of physical security measures, such as fences, gates, and lighting.
∎ Conduct regular fire drills and security & rescue training exercises to ensure the readiness of security personnel in case of emergencies.
∎ Respond promptly to any suspicious activities detected through surveillance systems.
∎ Report security incidents, breaches, and any unusual activities to the appropriate authorities and management.
∎ Identify risk and take necessary measures to mitigate identified risks.
∎ Enforce security policies and procedures for the power plant.
∎ Supervise and control discipline of security personnel.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 01 year in the similar role.
∎ Retired army officer will get preference.
∎ Team management capability.
∎ Positive & Pro-active attitude towards work.
∎ Able to work under pressure efficiently.
∎ Candidates with security and defense experience will get preference.
∎ Candidates with fire-fighting training will get preference.
∎ Candidates should be physically fit.
