Education:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from BUET / RUET / KUET/ CUET or equivalent Public University.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Extensive knowledge of SCADA systems and networking principles.
∎ Hands-on experience with relay settings, preferably ABB and Siemens systems.
∎ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and other relevant software applications.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance activities of equipment within the 132 kV Grid Sub-Station.
∎ Monitor and control plant operations effectively utilizing SCADA systems and networking principles.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SCADA systems to minimize downtime.
∎ Ensure appropriate relay settings (ABB/ Siemens) to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and adjustments of relay settings ((ABB/Siemens) to ensure reliable operation.
∎ Identify and address potential issues to ensure smooth plant operation.
∎ Adapt to changing schedules and operational demands as needed.
∎ Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment within the 132 kV Grid Sub-Station to optimize performance and longevity.
∎ Produce clear and concise reports, instructions, and updates related to plant operations.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of equipment issues and breakdowns.
∎ Conduct periodic reviews of equipment performance data and implement corrective actions to address inefficiencies or anomalies.
∎ Provide technical guidance and training to subordinates and team members to enhance operational efficiency and skill development.
∎ Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for reporting and auditing purposes.
∎ Participate in regular meetings and discussions with stakeholders to provide updates on plant operations, performance, and future plans.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
