Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sets the security guard staffing schedule.
∎ Creates all security policies and procedures.
∎ Investigates security threats and breaches.
∎ Presents security improvement plans to executives.
∎ Builds and manages the departmental budget.
∎ Leads company emergency response trainings.
∎ Recommends new security technology.
∎ Maintains utmost confidentiality and discretion.
∎ Ensures that the team follows security and privacy laws and standards.
∎ Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
∎ Controlling the security operations budget, monitoring expenses, and documenting processes.
∎ Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.
∎ Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
∎ Coordinating responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports.
∎ Preparing surveillance equipment maintenance schedules and facilitating repairs in a timely manner.
∎ Keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services.
∎ Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.
∎ planning work rotas to ensure the company's security needs are covered
∎ carrying out risk assessments to determine the safety of the site
∎ coordinating the response to any incidents
∎ recruiting, hiring and training new staff and providing ongoing training to current employees
∎ coordinating with police and other security agencies to manage security risks
∎ developing, testing and improving security procedures such as evacuations in the case of fire or threat
∎ investigating any security breaches
∎ controlling access to certain buildings and areas within the site
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s) in security company
∎ Candidates must be a Retired army person
∎ Good knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power point & AutoCAD
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): Manpower in Foreign security Firms/Factory/Power Plant/Real Estate.
∎ Fluent in English for both writing & Speaking
∎ Able to deal with foreign client & foreign Project.
