Responsibilities & Context:
1. Manage and lead the security team, including personnel recruitment, training, scheduling, and attendance.
2. Implement and supervise safety protocols to ensure fire prevention, theft prevention, and personal safety within the area.
3. Responsible for the daily maintenance and inspection of fire-fighting and security equipment to eliminate safety hazards.
4. Organize the development and drills of emergency response plans for unexpected incidents, and coordinate with external resources.
5. Handle emergencies such as fires, thefts, and fights, and report to superiors.
6. Manage the internal affairs and discipline of security personnel to improve the overall quality and combat effectiveness of the team.
7.Veterans are given priority.
