Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dedicated security officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises, assets, staff, and visitors and the employees. The security officer`s responsibilities include patrolling the premises, setting up security controls, monitoring property access, investigating suspicious behavior, and enforcing company policies.
∎ To be successful as a security officer you should be highly observant and able to objectively assess the severity of a situation. An outstanding security officer should be able to remain calm and decisive in any situation.

∎ Work at Solar power plant project, Sirajganj
∎ Employment Status: Project Basis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate able to work in Solar power plant 250-acre field area.
∎ Communication EPC (China) person and with proper documentation as site wither.
∎ Assessment of security and safety risk Solarland Engineering & Development Co., Ltd. and prepare strategic and executive plan for Its safeguard.
∎ Control and supervise the security team.
∎ Establish and maintain liaison with local law enforcement authorities such as police, river police, traffic, intelligence etc.
∎ Provide special protocol to the VIPs and members and ensuring their safety.
∎ Provide security supports during all events.
∎ Check and update all security equipment, fire preparedness, carry out central fire drill with collaboration to FIRE SERVICE AND CIVIL DEFENCE
∎ Manage and train bouncers, security guards, supervisors, officers and manager.
∎ Ensure gates entrances and perimeter security.
∎ Act promptly during any emergency situation of the project site, maintain proper reporting and execute action plan accordingly.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the company authority.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
