Job Context:
We are looking for a skilled Sub-Assistant Engineer (CAD Operator) with experience in Electrical and Civil design to support solar power EPC projects.
Electrical Design & Drafting:
- Prepare 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings for solar PV projects.
- Develop solar PV layout, string layout, inverter layout, cable routing, SLD, earthing, lightning protection, BBT, and substation drawings.
- Prepare as-built drawings.
- Assist in BOQ preparation and quantity take-off.
Civil Engineering Design & Drafting:
- Prepare civil layout drawings for solar plants.
- Develop RCC foundation, mounting structure, trench, road, and drainage drawings.
- Prepare section, elevation, and detailed drawings.
- Assist in earthwork and concrete quantity estimation.
- Coordinate civil and electrical layouts.
Coordination & Documentation:
- Conduct site surveys and measurements.
- Coordinate with engineers and EPC teams.
- Maintain drawing standards and version control.
- Ensure compliance with BNBC, IEC, IEEE standards.
