Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

• HSC/Bachelor degree in any discipline.

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Security and Surveillance at day and night.

• Retired Army Officers or candidates having minimum 5 years of experience as Manager in Private Security Agency, are eligible to apply.

• Physically well fit.

• Willingness to work in the company for long period.

• Candidates having security related certification, will be given preference.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures safety & security system of the entire Factory and Office.

• Maintain Officers, Staffs, and workers Daily attendance (In-Out and OT).

• Checked all vehicle in-out from Factory Gate and Keep record of all Gate Pass & challan.

• Develops security management system to maintain safe work environment.

• Takes preventive action in respect of safety & security aspect as deemed necessary for the organization.

• Prepares duty roster of entire security staff & ensure their 24 hours duty.

• Leads, supervise & monitor the security personnel for ensuring zero incident/theft.

• Promptly respond on all emergencies if arises and keep liaison with police, RAB and other Govt. Security Agencies.

• Performs periodical audit on Project and Office security, safety & fire safety to find out hazards/improvement area, take the corrective and preventive action accordingly.

• Ensure correct implantation of security/safety procedures.

• Report for any unwanted incident immediately to the authority.

• Establish and maintains an effective Security force for the protection and safety of employees, facilities, and assets of the Company.
