Education:

Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Minimum 2 (two) years’ experience in Law Enforcement Agencies.
Other Considerations:
- Experience in Bangladesh Army or any other Law Enforcement Agency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skills in MS office, Excel based tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiast and self-driven
Responsibilities & Context: - Assist Director Security (DS) to Coordinate and implement a comprehensive security program as outlined in OEMS process.
- Understands the safeguards, assurance and verification processes and a bowtie diagram.
- Ensure physical security of employees and assets of Dhaka through administering third party security service provider.
- Arrange Security Awareness and Vigilance program for all.
- Monitor all the technical security operations and ensure all the equipment are functional at the respective facilities and report deficiencies to FSM.
- Process the requirement of company access credentials for all the employee and contractors of respective facility and maintain records accordingly.
- Assist DS on fact gathering for any investigation.
- Keep liaison with RAB, Police, Ansar, BGF and other government security agencies operating in facility. Assist FSM & DS with Govt. KPI review.
- Serve as administrative officer for Dhaka Security Control Room and ensure the following:
- Assist to review time sheets and other invoices as per contract and secure necessary approval.
- Inspect the third-party guard force deployment and monitor duty expectations as per contract. Address any deviation to the Contractor’s POC and reflect the same in quarterly KPI.
- Strong coordination with Ops, CA, Legal and SCM reps in relation to operations
- Ensure assigned HGF’s logistics, VPSHR briefing and other EM deliverables as per FSM’s direction.
- Establishes and maintains credible and collaborative relationships with peers and coworkers.
- Knowledge of the Security Focus Area requirements and common expectations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company safety, loss prevention, and environmental care programs by complying with all applicable Laws, Regulations, Policies and Standards.
- Report workplace hazards and recommends improvements.
- Perform assigned duties in the Emergency Management.
- Provide Executive Protection to Chevron executive.
