Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take responsibility for academic supervision and management of the respective section
∎ Assist the Principal in identification of staffing needs and guide HR, interview, checking and feedback of selection exams and appointment process
∎ Coordinate and where possible conduct the program for professional development for all teaching staff and admin
∎ Assist the Principal on the promotion and development of the school
∎ Take full responsibility of preparing, managing, conducting exam and preparing results of students
∎ Liaise with parents for academic and nonacademic matters
∎ Take a visible role as school leader in all events and national and international competitions
