Job Context:
∎ To achieve sales targets focusing on new business under the guidance of the Head of Lime Light Group Business.
∎ Support team members in all aspects of the sales process and keep them accountable to achieve the business target with values.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be knowledge of public relations and journalism.
∎ Must be efficient in hiring area sales executives.
∎ Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force to achieve targets.
∎ Must Achieve business targets through effective planning and setting appropriate goals.
∎ Lead area sales team; follow up with them regarding business development & support.
∎ Regular visits to assigned areas for skill development of sales executives through proper training & regular business functions.
∎ Meet with team members one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets.
∎ Developing a new customer base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
∎ Maintain relevant internal liaison to optimize business growth, retention & customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with the cross-functional team in the business lines to support achievement.
∎ Reporting weekly and monthly basis as needed to the Project head and Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area: Insurance Marketing & Sales, Network Marketing & Sales, Direct Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales and Marketing, and Marketing in FMCG or Pharmaceutical are encouraged to apply.
∎ Sales experience (Life Insurance) with proven leadership ability.
∎ Excellent communication & analytical skills.
∎ Team Player & Good time-management skills.
∎ working knowledge of MS Office and Power Point presentations.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Additional variables incentive based on performance by Company Sales Policy.
