Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guiding and coaching the development team on Agile/Scrum practices.
∎ Facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
∎ Removing obstacles and ensuring the team's progress remains unimpeded.
∎ Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and problem solving.
∎ Shielding the team from external distractions and interference.
∎ Working closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
∎ Monitoring team performance metrics and suggesting improvements for enhanced efficiency.
∎ Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
∎ Delivery and Release timeline management
∎ Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and agile methodologies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
∎ Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
∎ Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
