Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage development team using a servant leadership style, facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
∎ Guide and coach, the team members on how to get the most out of self-management and a drive for continuous improvement.
∎ Facilitate constructive communication and collaboration within the team fostering a culture of openness and awareness and building a trusting and safe environment.
∎ Be flexible in approach and help the team to apply effective methods.
∎ Build strong relations with team members, business stakeholders, and clients. Work with other managers and heads of other departments within the organization to assist in planning and coordination with the team.
∎ Create and manage metrics to allow measuring, monitoring & reporting of team performance to evaluate value, cost, and success, and to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Assist and educate users, clients, and other stakeholders with respect.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be decided based on Experience & Skills, Compensation packages will be competitive and commensurate with experience and track records. Salary review in each year / Project based with performance.
