• Proven experience in writing screenplays across multiple genres.
• Strong ability to generate original, innovative, and out-of-the-box story ideas.
• Solid understanding of screenplay structure, character development, pacing, and narrative flow.
• Strong grasp of writing catchy, memorable, and engaging dialogues suitable for various genres and characters.
• Ability to write a complete, production-ready screenplay of at least 90 minutes with well-developed arcs and compelling storytelling.
• Ability to pitch story concepts and treatments clearly to producers, directors, and studio executives.
• Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and incorporating constructive feedback.
• Strong research skills to develop authentic and compelling narratives.
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to revise and refine drafts based on team input or production requirements.
• Passion for storytelling and staying updated with global trends in film and entertainment.

Concept Development & Drafting (7 days):

• Develop original story concepts based on project briefs.
• Create outlines, character profiles, and the initial draft screenplay.
• Ensure the draft aligns with the desired tone, genre, and creative direction.

Review & Revisions (7 days):

• Revise the screenplay based on internal and external feedback.
• Strengthen plot structure, pacing, dialogue, and character arcs.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative team members to refine the script.

Final Approval & Submission (30 days):

• Deliver the polished and production-ready screenplay within the specified timeline.
• Incorporate any final notes from the studio or creative leadership.
• Ensure the final script meets all narrative, technical, and formatting standards.
