• Master of Science (MSc)

• Age At least 22 years

• Prepare and process specimens for molecular testing following SOPs.

• Proficient in nucleic acid extraction (manual and automated) and PCR techniques, including RT-PCR.

• Experienced in qualitative and quantitative viral load assays.

• Analyze data, interpret results, and prepare reports for review.

• Conduct assay standardization, troubleshooting, and documentation.

• Preferably experienced in molecular diagnostics for TB.

• Perform routine maintenance of lab equipment as per protocols.

• Validate and release test results for pathologist approval.

• Maintain accurate documentation and daily inventory.

• Assess calibration, controls, and analytical run validity under lab head supervision.

• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and report abnormalities to the supervisor.

• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and maintain technical records.

• Any task given by the Management.
