∎ The organization is implementing the project " Emergency response for Availability and Accessibility of Quality MR, PAC Services for Rohingya Refugees supported by UNFPA.
∎ The applicant has to be from Chattagram Hill Tracts.
∎ Work Station: Cox`s Bazar
∎ Project Duration: April`22 to June`22 with a high possibility of extension.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Each SBCC monitoring officer will be responsible for at least 5 UNFPA supported camp areas regarding all kind of community awareness activities, coordination with other stakeholders and CIC representatives.
∎ SBCC monitoring officers will be supporting Lead Partner SBCC team in organizing and implementing community awareness activities as per project design.
∎ Organize and facilitate training of community workforce (CHW supervisors and CHW of other partner NGOs) on FP, MR, PAC information.
∎ Support in arrangement and actively facilitation of training of FDMN Imams (religious leaders) along with host community Imams with support of SBCC team of Lead Partner.
∎ Actively participate in organizing community awareness activities done through supporting and guiding Camp SBCC officers.
∎ Assess and analyze FP situation of respective camps, define required measures and support in developing action plan along with Lead Partner SBCC team.
∎ Support the Deputy project manager and Lead Partner team in activity reporting.
∎ Support, supervise and monitor the Camp SBCC officers in their routine activities, workload distribution and provide management & technical guidance to them.
∎ Coordination and maintain liaison with Lead Partner and project technical team and service providers.
∎ Assess the SBCC needs at facility level and address those issues along with concerned camp SBCC officers.
∎ Maintain liaison with CHW-Working group contacts /focal and collaborate as required.
∎ SBCC monitoring officers will be reportable to Deputy project manager.
∎ SBCC monitoring officers will be based in Ukhyia , Cox’s Bazar.
∎ SBCC monitoring officers- coordination with Host community Imams and will facilitate training of FDMN Imams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant has to be from Chattagram Hill Tracts.

Salary: Tk. 38000 - 40000 (Monthly)
