∎ For our Sourcing Office in Dhaka - we are looking for SAP BASIS.
∎ Position Objective/Goals
∎ Main mission, objectives and responsibilities of the position within the organization/service Work with SAP installations, upgrades, configuration, tuning, troubleshooting and problem solving, as well as day-to-day monitoring and administration of SAP.
∎ Act as level 3 support for end user
∎ Act as support for SAP Teams
∎ Organizational Relationships

∎ SAP Solution Architects - IT Managers.
∎ Business users - externally: External contacts the employee has in order to fulfill the regarded position. -Consultants in case of Projects with External Consultancy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical expertise and is responsible for adapting to further evolving development standards, framework, guidelines and approach
∎ Responsible for design, development, performance validation and testing methodologies to ensure SAP technical solutions meet quality requirements.
∎ Proactive knowledge sharing within the team and personal development through continuous learning and improvement.
∎ Support cross topics within the project and team scope.
∎ Embeds SAP development standards and best practices within Tally Weijl internal practices and procedures.
∎ Day to day system monitoring
∎ Install and maintain SAP Software: Plan, prepare, and install SAP applications on company servers.
∎ Monitor SAP System to ensure they are tuned and running. They guarantee the security of the SAP system by carefully watching for any security breaches or breakdowns. Every day they use root cause analysis when examining quality assurance issues to manage network access. Their work guarantees that end users and the SAP system can communicate with each other.
∎ Daily task operation: Handling daily operational activities is required for SAP basis administrators.
∎ Provide Technical Support for SAP: To help Business and Functional in their projects/activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic/obligatory education (A-levels)
∎ Apprenticeship
∎ 1-2 (maybe "just" internships during studies, depends on the Job Application income)
∎ Languages: What languages are required or necessary in this position. English mandatory. Any other European language would be an asset.
∎ IT-skills
∎ What specific IT-skills are required to successfully fulfill the responsibilities.
∎ Collaborate actively with the SAPCC, BICC Team, ABAP Development Team and Customers
∎ SAP BASIS Projects (Installation, upgrade, migration)
∎ Install new SAP System
∎ Upgrade SAP Systems based on SAP recommendation
