Responsibilities & Context:

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work 10 hours a day to give steady and helpful customer service.

  • Answer customer questions clearly and correctly.

  • Handle orders and payments quickly and properly.

  • Be friendly, respectful, and work well with the team.

  • Solve customer problems calmly and kindly.

  • Collect customer feedback to help make our service better.

  • Call or message customers to check if they are happy and need anything else.
