• Age 22 to 32 years

• The applicants should have experience in working in the Real Estate sector.
• Must be self- motivated and dynamic
• Must be target oriented
• Excellent communication skills and the drive to achieve sales targets are a must.
• Highly knowledge on Apartment/Land/ Real Estate and present market scenario.
• Have the experience to forecast sales and revenue with proper planning & execution.
• Must be fluent in both English and Bangla
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals.

Context:

We are looking for young, energetic, target oriented, self- motivated and proactive person to employ as Executive (Sales & Marketing) who has the experience in the achieving the sales target in Real Estate Industry. The following candidate must have at least more than 1-3 years proven experience of sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target
• Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
• Must be able to handle all customer related queries.
• Must give clients and customers proper feedback regarding our projects.
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationship.
• Promote and sell our Real Estate projects.
• Handle clients’ inquiries, generate leads, follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
• Any other job assigns by the management.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
