Job Context:
∎ We need at least 2 years experience running salesman from renown Bakery & Pastry shop.
∎ We must appoint for a minimum period of 2 years, renewable thereafter.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep the outlet clean.
∎ Maintaining FIFO.
∎ Quickly know the name, recipe and price of each item.
∎ Increase sales by talking to customers nicely.
∎ Packaging in a nice and fast way.
∎ Maintain In & Out time.
∎ Always keep yourself clean and tidy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must need at least 2 years working experience in a reputed Bakery and Pastry shop.
∎ Must have experience running sales software
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales Target Bonus (if any)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
