Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Able to prepare marketing and sales plan.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Computer operation, Excel, Powerpoints
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B and B2C sales and marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate marketing and sales personals entry in webbased CRM software.
∎ Prepare daily performance evaluation report of every sale and marketing personnel and submit reports through online systems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Marketing -- Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts of promoting products or services & knowledge of competitors' products and services.
∎ Customer and Personal Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
∎ Administration and Management -- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
∎ Communications and Media -- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Applicants must have facilities of computer and internet at home at own cost. Mobile bills will be provided by the company.
