Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to partner closely with our Operations Lead in driving sales initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of our sales strategies and requires a professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to analyze data and support cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing operations for better efficiency.

  • Analyze sales data and produce reports on performance, customer insights, and market trends.

  • Assist in managing sales projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

  • Prepare and deliver polished presentations to executive teams, clients, and other key stakeholders.

  • Facilitate communication between the sales team, ensuring smooth information flow.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

  • Provide administrative support to the lead, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
