∎ Job Location: Aftabnagar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interior Sales Specialist :
∎ Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new clients and build a strong pipeline of prospective projects.
∎ Consultative Sales: Understand the unique requirements and preferences of each client to propose customized interior design solutions.
∎ Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our services and design trends to effectively communicate their benefits.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with our design team to ensure seamless project delivery.
∎ Networking: Attend industry events and develop a strong network within the interior design and real estate community.
∎ Furniture Sales Specialist :
∎ Customer Engagement: Interact with prospective clients online through various channels (e.g., website, social media, email) to understand their furniture needs and preferences.
∎ Product Consultation: Utilize your knowledge of our custom furniture offerings to provide personalized recommendations and design solutions.
∎ Order Management: Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to order completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
∎ Client Relationships: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering post-purchase support and promoting customer loyalty.
∎ Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in furniture design, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Brilliant communication skills with local clients.
∎ Conduct market research to Analyze market trends & take required actions for further developments.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
