∎ Job Future: The brand "Arabica Coffee" is marketed by "Nirbhik Commerce & Services Ltd" manufactures high standard 3 in 1 mixed coffee ,and as well as coffee mini pack. We also supply different types of coffee and tea vending machines to serve our valued customer. We are importing most of our raw materials from China, India, Dubai and Korea. Currently, we have 10 types of premix Coffee and Tea products & 4 types of coffee vending machines. Our management team consists of experts who are well versed about our products and have years of service experience to ensure best quality and service. It goes without saying that we value our customers the most and try our level best to keep our commitments as a service provider organization. We envisioned that Arabica Coffee will reach the consumer in different parts of our country and our team is working hard to achieve this goal. We have already setup sixty dealer in forty districts. Arabica Coffee started its journey from the beginning of 2019. Now quite a number of employees are working under the brand of Arabica Coffee. We have won factory. We are highly proud of our product`s quality, test, service & commitment.
∎ Job Location: Dhka city
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote the sales of, Coffee Premixed, Tea Premixed, Coffee vending Machine and other product and achieve the given sales targets.
∎ Monthly and Yearly sales target achievement.
∎ Daily effective follows up with existing and potential customers to increase the sales.
∎ Friendly, approachable, polite and persuasive personality is highly preferred.
∎ Must have advanced situational judgment-ability to know what is needed to satisfy the customers.
∎ Closed Monitoring, Manage and develop dealers in respective areas/districts and take full responsibility for Business development.
∎ Persistence, not every customer is going to be a sale. Must have the passion for winning and commitment towards bringing in the desired result.
∎ Have to be smart, good looking, energetic, self-motivated and ambitious to better career.
∎ Have to give better service to the customer and keep better relation with customer.
∎ Analyze the present market and create a new market.
∎ Visit different store, shop, outlets & dealers frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ Other relevant task which is required for this position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Who can take challenge for better career encouraged to apply?
∎ Valid bike driving license
∎ Ability to convince people
∎ Willing to visit shop and different business house for service
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Depends on experience

∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) after one year,

∎ Target Incentive
∎ Machine Setup Commission
