Job Context:
∎ A very well reputed brand "Arabica Coffee" is marketed by " Nirbhik Commerce & Services Ltd" manufactures located at Mohammadpur is inviting application for Sr. Accounts from the deserving candidates.
∎ We manufacture high standard pre-mixed coffee ,and as well as coffee mini pack. We also supply different types of coffee and tea vending machines to serve our valued customer. We import most of our raw materials from China, India, Dubai and Korea. Currently, we have 11 types of premix Coffee, Tea products and 4 types of coffee vending machines. Our management team consists of experts who are well versed about our products and have years of service experience to ensure best quality and service. It goes without saying that we value our customers the most and try our level best to keep our commitments as a service provider organization. We envisioned that Arabica Coffee will reach the consumer in different parts of our country and our team is working hard to achieve this goal. We have already setup eighty dealers in all over country. Arabica Coffee started its journey from the beginning of 2019. Now quite a number of employees are working under the brand of Arabica Coffee. We have won factory and we also have our branch office at Chattagram. We are highly proud of our product`s quality, test, service & commitment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have comprehensive knowledge on Accounts, Audit, Finance, Income Tax, Vat, Cash Management, Commercial work, Banking activities Gap Analysis, problem finding & solution.
∎ Ensure financial planning; record keeping and regular reporting.
∎ Develop and maintain systems of internal control to safeguard financial assets of the organization.
∎ Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, general ledger
∎ To prepare salary sheet for the stuff
∎ To prepare yearly budget and financial statement also quarterly, monthly or as per required
∎ Well Experience on Tally ERP software
∎ Due collection ability by phone
∎ Factory and office stock maintain daily
∎ Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure recovery plan.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all products and assets.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly and half yearly).
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, costing, budgeting, etc.
∎ Prepare financial statements, Trail Balance & Balance sheet Costing Analysis.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Priority experience (FMCG) company
∎ Candidate must have practical knowledge in maintaining ERP Based Accounting Software.
Salary: Negotiable
