Job Context:
∎ The brand "Arabica Coffee" is marketed by "Nirbhik Commerce & Services Ltd" manufactures high standard 3 in 1 mixed coffee, as well as coffee and tea mini-pack. We also supply different types of coffee and tea vending machines to serve our valued customers. We are importing most of our raw materials from China, India, Dubai and Korea. Currently we have 11 types of premix Coffee and Tea products & 5 types of coffee vending machines. Our management team consists of experts who are well versed about our products and have years of service experience to ensure best quality and service. It can be said without any doubt that we value our customers the most and try our level best to keep our commitments as a service provider organization. We envisioned that Arabica Coffee will reach the consumer in different parts of our country and our team is working hard to achieve this goal. We have already set up eighty dealers in fifty districts. Arabica Coffee started its journey from the beginning of 2019. Now quite a number of employees are working under the brand of Arabica Coffee. We have our own factory. We are highly proud of our product`s quality, test, service & commitment.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Zone
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote the sales of instant coffee mini pack, Coffee Premixed, Tea Premixed, Coffee vending Machine and other consumer products and achieve the given sales targets.
∎ Create new dealers, Closed Monitoring existing dealers, Manage and develop dealers in respective areas/ districts and take full responsibility for Business development.
∎ Analyze the present market and create a new market
∎ Visit different stores, shops, outlets & dealers frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ Sales forecast, sales analysis and finding new sales opportunities. Dealer stock monitoring.
∎ Weekly two days market visit with dealer and listen to customer opinion.
∎ Observe regular service, on call, brand logo, sticker, and check product quality. Monthly new customer list and total existing customer list. Dealer monthly secondary sales report. Training dealer service man.
∎ Submitted monthly order form to head office with actual t/a sheet.
∎ Follow-up dealer payment system.
∎ Find out new business scope for vacant places.
∎ Strongly set up, monitoring sales target and monitor team to achieve team target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Priority experience (FMCG).
∎ Strong interpersonal skill.
