∎ Skills Required: Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemical, Consumables, ETP Equipment, ETP WTP, Laboratory Testing Equipment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting clients regularly for conducting sales and delivering technical services on laboratory equipment for Textile, Leather sectors, and for ETP and Environmental testing.
∎ Maintain regular contact with existing and potential clients, particularly with Textile, Leather, and Environmental testing laboratories.
∎ Conducting market research and building a market portfolio while learning about the current market situation, new inventions, etc.
∎ Researching about new factories, companies, and laboratories; and update the office regularly about their potential requirements.
∎ Offering innovative, new, and diverse products and services to clients.
∎ Onboarding new customers to the company’s portfolio with current products and retaining them through offering the best services in a timely manner.
∎ Handle queries and complaints from clients in a professional manner through email, over the phone, and face-to-face.
∎ Meeting sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
∎ Submission of sales reports and client visit reports regularly to the Superiors (daily/ weekly/ monthly).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English & in Bangla.
∎ Ability to work both individually and in team.
∎ Strong market knowledge about laboratory Equipment, Consumables, ETP Chemicals for Textile & Leather sectors.
∎ Ability to build clear, confident, positive communication with clients, and colleagues, ability to work collaboratively across the businesses.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work fast and efficiently with little supervision.
∎ Excellent in time management.

Salary: Negotiable
