Identify prospective customers through calling, networking and referrals.
Present, promote and sell products to the existing and prospective customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and maintain strong and long relationships with customers.
Address customer needs and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Provide after sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
Stay up date with product or service features and benefits.
Educate customers on product usage, compatibility and advantages.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information and activities reports.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts and territory analysis.
