Job Responsibilities:
∎ •Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
∎ •Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
∎ •Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
∎ •Maintaining client relations.
∎ •Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
∎ •Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
∎ •Contribution to turnover of store through selling.
∎ •Management of new clients and orders.
∎ •Deal with customer requests and ensure efficient communication with the client and relevant colleagues throughout.
∎ •Develop your knowledge of the after-sales support processes.
∎ •Carry out regular stock replenishment and organization of product
∎ •Support in the conversion rate for the store and follow KPI's
∎ •Measurable Sales and Marketing Targets
∎ •Average transactions
∎ •Cross selling
∎ •Client creation
∎ •Reservation
∎ •Client Development & Retention
∎ •Support the repurchase rate for the store
∎ •Demonstrable experience working with Footwear products either within retail or wholesale.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years strong sales & marketing experience, ideally within a luxury retail and customer-focused environment of footwear industries.
Salary: Negotiable
