Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities & Duties:
∎ Always keep looking for new buyers.
∎ Follow ups on Salesforce's Interests and Orders.
∎ Visiting and Communicating with new potential customers (Factories and Corporate offices) (Visits might be out of Dhaka)
∎ Utilise a constant contact attempt process via phone and emails
∎ Understanding the market needs by customers requirements and communicating with the Sales force.
∎ Organise and Categorise sales lead information into Salesforce
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
∎ [Note: The job demands a lot of Field work and Self market research]
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
∎ Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
∎ Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
∎ Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
∎ Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
