Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC
∎ Basic English knowledge to communication, basic idea for field marketing
∎ Skills Required: client handling, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Achieving growth and achieving sales targets.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
∎ Able to conduct regular market visits, meeting existing and potential customers, digital marketing etc.
∎ Managing client relationships through all stages of the sales cycle.
∎ Able to persuade potential customers.
∎ Building and promoting strong, lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Able to prepare and maintain sales, revenue, budget and any other reports and forecasts to management team.
∎ Identifying emerging markets and market changes while being fully aware of new products and competitive conditions.
∎ Promotion of the company's existing brands and introduction of new products in the market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
