Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerates, we are looking for Sales Representative (SR) for our Milk Product sales & marketing team all over the country.
∎ Candidates should be energetic, honest, hardworking and dedicated. Who have experience will be given preference.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting orders from the dealers/ the retail shops & ensure delivery of the products in time.
∎ Achieving monthly sales target.
∎ Ensure the daily collections and deposit the amount on time.
∎ Presenting product's quality and information to the customers with a presentable way.
∎ Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing sales.
∎ Regular market visit and searching new markets/dealers as well as developing relationship with existing dealers.
∎ Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
