Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer identification and list creation using our established database and maintaining ongoing records.
∎ Visiting a specified number of consultancies, educational consultants and abroad study expos and educational counselors according to a monthly pre-planned tour plan.
∎ Generating new customers as well as developing long- term relationships with existing ones.
∎ Timely submission of complete daily reports and monthly reports planned by the company.
∎ Implementation of marketing and sales strategies as planned by the company. Introducing goods and services to prospective customers in order to spark their interest, draw in new business, create fresh sales leads, and follow up with possible customers.
∎ Monitoring competitors’ activity and competitors' products and giving feedback to the company.
∎ Attending weekly, monthly or quarterly sales review meetings virtually to discuss target versus achievement, product promotion strategies, new launches and future sales planning.
∎ Identify expansion opportunities within an existing portfolio of customers across all markets and products.
∎ Promoting consultancy CRM software and generating sales by convincing educational study abroad consultancy
∎ Collecting updated market information on a regular basis, collecting more clients with consultancy and visiting them for sales convincing.
∎ Maintain continuous customer /dealer follow-up on all proposals and forward all necessary additional information as required.
∎ Must have valid driver’s license and two wheelers.
∎ Achieving sales target of 5 software per month and will increase gradually once he/she is able to get more market knowledge. 10% commission will be raised if he achieves sales target of more than 5 sales per month.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have valid driver’s license and two wheelers.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Achieving sales target of 5 software per month and will increase gradually once he/she is able to get more market knowledge. 10% commission will be raised if he achieves sales target of more than 5 sales per month.
