• Age At least 20 years

• The potential candidates should have super shop sales (FMCG Products) experience.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Promotion Officer (SPO) to join our team in Sylhet and promote our products (Food & Beverage Item) in Modern Trade (Super Shop) outlets. Candidates having experience in Food Industry will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Merchandizing the product at the super shop.

• Achieving the monthly sales target.

• Answer questions about product and services.

• Assist with the ongoing management of inventory stock.

• Demo and explain products and services to customers.

• Gather and analyze competitor activities and market trends in modern trade.

• Report to the sales manager on daily and weekly sales activities.
