Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales targets·
Identify and acquire new clients and retailers.·
Expand sales coverage to previously uncovered areas, ensuring market penetration.·
Oversee and manage distributor functions to optimize distribution efficiency.·
Appoint and onboard new distributors in uncovered areas to increase market reach.·
Regularly analyze monthly sales targets, distributor stock levels, credit status, and overdue reports.·
Ensuring the effectiveness of all marketing activities.·
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.·
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or line management as required.
