Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Agriculture
∎ Educational qualification is relaxed for highly experienced persons.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure budgeted sales target set in the allotted area of operation.
∎ Achieve collection target set in the allotted area of operation.
∎ Assist dealer in sales, distribution of stocks to retailers and collection from retailers.
∎ Build up strong network of dealers, retailers and farmers in the allotted area of operation.
∎ Managing trade channels & receivables.
∎ Undertake demos of strategic products on targeted crops.
∎ Create brand awareness and product demand through scheduled farmers meeting, spot farmers meeting, prescription to model farmers and individual farmer contact.
∎ Contact Sub Assistant Agriculture Officer (SAAO) to prescribe products.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with Agriculture Officers.
∎ Create progressive farmers data.
∎ Other jobs as & when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have personal motorcycle with valid Driving License
∎ Having experience in Agro business is preferred.
∎ Good knowledge in agricultural products.
∎ Result-oriented and customer focused
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Computer literacy is a must specially in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Ability to operate Mobile Phone.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Proactive in solving problem/issues with a Positive & can-do attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
