∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cash handling & cash book maintain / voucher preparing,
∎ Depot receipt & payment accounts preparing,
∎ Stock record keeping & report preparing,
∎ Challan preparing & goods delivery ensuring,
∎ Distributor/Party ledger maintain .
∎ Sales Invoice preparing ,
∎ Maintain & controll depot stock
∎ Control depot all vehicles
∎ Invoice posting to software and sales accounts preparing .
∎ Other marketing report preparing when necessary .
∎ Support to head office accounts department as per requirement .
∎ Prepare all necessary document and report accordingly to concern dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must specially in MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, Accounting software e.t.c.
∎ Working in Agro based Firms will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
