Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Physics, Soil Science, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Mathematics
∎ Educational Qualification is relaxed for highly experienced person.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure monthly budgeted sales target set in the allotted area of operation.
∎ Achieve monthly collection target set in the allotted area of operation.
∎ Achieve operational objectives by analyzing sales of the region and recommend strategic plans to expand customer base.
∎ Regularly update supervisor about any information, suggestions, criticism related with the activity results of the territory.
∎ Manage credit customer effectively and efficiently to get maximum output of sales.
∎ Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
∎ Assist dealer in sales, distribution of stocks to retailers and collection from retailers.
∎ Build up strong network of dealers, retailers and farmers in the allotted area of operation.
∎ Managing trade channels & receivables.
∎ Undertake demos of strategic products on targeted crops.
∎ Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.
∎ Create brand awareness and product demand through scheduled farmers meeting, spot farmers meeting, prescription to model farmers and individual farmer contract.
∎ Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
∎ Contact Sub Assistant Agriculture Officer (SAAO) to prescribe products.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with Agriculture Officers.
∎ Represent the Company in Government Offices, Banks & other offices.
∎ Accomplish the sales and organizational mission.
∎ Other jobs as & when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience in Agro business is preferred.
∎ Good knowledge in agricultural products.
∎ Result-oriented and customer focused
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Computer literacy is a must specially in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Ability to operate Mobile Phone.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Proactive in solving problem/issues with a Positive & can-do attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
