∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Animal/Plant Breeding, Pharmaceuticals
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing and managing sales activities at individual level.
∎ Liaising with clients, Livestock firms, Livestock firm’s staff.
∎ Selling to clients, researching clients and analyzing market.
∎ Maintain and follow-up with AI (Artificial Insemination) worker.
∎ Remain updated on company status and updating customers accordingly.
∎ preparation of presentations for clients for Sales growth to achieve monthly target.
∎ Checking stock of products on regular basis to ensure sales flow.
∎ Expanding sales to new areas to improve business volume.
∎ Meetings on a regular basis with AI workers of different districts to remain updated to ensure smooth sales flow among clients.
∎ Keep in touch with the farm distribution officer and the distribution vehicle to ensure delivery in time.
∎ Above all engaged to develop new ideas and policies to ensure development of the business, Conduct seminars with farmers and AI workers and maintaining coordination with everyone.
∎ Attending coordination meeting with DLO, TLO on a regular basis with monthly statement.
∎ Maintaining liaison with respective Governmental departments, ensuring cooperation with them, ensuring having cooperation from them.
∎ Ensuring product and sales development to reach the goal.
