∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, E-commerce
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the marketing process.
∎ Liaising with the customer.
∎ Planning competitive offer.
∎ Plan events to boost the brand.
∎ Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly plan.
∎ Monitoring market activities as per company requirements and following up on all the marketing activities.
∎ Self-motivated, result driven and having passion for winning.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Excellent Follow-Up and responsiveness.
∎ Good market research capability.
∎ Fulfill assigned departmental tasks.
∎ Timely submitting of reports to the management/authority.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Achieving sales target given by the authority.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ SALES COMMISSION, YEAR END PROFIT SHARE ( AFTER COMPLETE 1 YEAR JOB TIME), ONCE A YEAR GROUP TOUR
