Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proactively reach out to potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chats, personal networking etc.
∎ Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by understanding their travel preferences and needs.
∎ Present and promote Cholo Jai’s travel packages, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each offering.
∎ Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and available options to assist clients in making informed decisions.
∎ Collaborate with clients to customize travel packages according to their preferences, including accommodations, activities, and transportation.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.
∎ Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
∎ Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, inquiries, and bookings using our CRM system.
∎ Provide insights from customer interactions to improve sales and travel packages.
∎ Proactively suggest service improvements which will be key for succeeding in the job.
