Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team at Eurotel BD Online Ltd, leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Barishal. The Sales Officer/ Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the ISP market.
Key Responsibilities: -
Identify and target potential customers through various sales channels.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for growth.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company`s products and services.
Address client inquiries and provide detailed information about services and benefits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
