• Previous experience in Sales or Marketing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in different regions of Bangladesh.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Identify and develop new sales territories and market segments.
• Acquire new customers and expand the existing customer base.
• Monitor and ensure effective distribution to dealers and customer points.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and clients.
• Promote company products to potential clients and stakeholders within the assigned area.
• Execute all sales and marketing activities as assigned by the company.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports to management.
